As evening falls, immerse yourself in the electric atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fna, alive with snake charmers, Berber and Gnaoua musicians, and storytellers under lamplight. Sample fresh salads, grilled kebabs, and other local street food from the square’s famous stalls, and don’t miss a refreshing glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Depart Marrakech and head southeast, crossing the High Atlas via the legendary Tizi n’Tichka pass, with stunning panoramic views along the way. Visit the UNESCO-listed Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a striking adobe fortress famed as a filming location for Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and Game of Thrones, followed by lunch.
Continue through Skoura and Kelaa M’Gouna to the spectacular Dades Valley, where dramatic rock formations carved by the Assif M’Goun River await. Overnight at a luxury riad overlooking the river gardens, with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 4: Dades Valley – Tinghir – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert
Head toward the dunes of Erg Chebbi, stopping at the breathtaking Todra Gorge, one of Morocco’s most impressive canyons, with time to explore and take photos. Continue via Tinjdad and Jorf to Erfoud for lunch, then on to Merzouga, where a camel trek carries you into the heart of the Sahara. Enjoy free time for sandboarding and capturing the sunset before an overnight stay in a traditional nomad camp. Dinner and breakfast included.
